Continental EU Shipping
We offer free standard delivery for all continental EU from orders above EUR 120.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 4 p.m. on the same day. We deliver across the European Union between 8.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders are shipped from Spain.
Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will contact you via email if an item is not available. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or Spanish Bank Holidays.

We offer free standard shipping to all orders over 120 euros, coming from the continental EU. You should expect delivery times to be between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location. A more detailed breakdown will be available during checkout.

United States & Australia Shipping
We offer free standard delivery for the mainland US, from orders above EUR 120. Ddelivery to mainland Australia has a fixed cost of EUR 25.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 4 p.m. on the same day. We deliver across mainland United States and mainland Australia between 8.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders are shipped from Spain.
Standard shipping will be sent by Correos Spain with an expected delivery date from 6 to 9 business days for US orders and 8 to 10 business days for orders delivering to mainland Australia. Express shipping is not available for purchases delivering to US or Australia at this time.
Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will contact you via email if an item is not available. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or Spanish Bank Holidays.

Returning an Order
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us for a refund. Your refund will be processed within 15 days of us receiving the goods and confirming they meet the return conditions specified further down the page.

For returns you must send an email to support@meldomar.com with the subject “Return”.
On the email please include the name of the purchased item (same as in the invoice), purchase date, invoice number, reason for the return, and a photo of the item showing any defects, if applicable.
Once we approve your return request, we’ll ask you to take your parcel to the drop-off point of your choice. Please make sure you send your package to:

Make sure you get your receipt stamped at the drop-off point and keep it safe until you receive your refund.

Yes! Because most of the pieces we sell at Mel do Mar are swimwear and therefore delicate, intimate pieces we must ensure some basic hygiene conditions are met before we can accept any returns.
Swimsuits and intimate apparel must have all hygiene seals intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
Unless an item is faulty, unwanted items must be returned in a resalable condition. With that in mind, please keep all original packaging and return items undamaged.
Items that show clear sings of being worn and whose tags have been removed cannot be returned.
Should you receive a faulty item, we will cover the full cost of shipping (both to you and back to us) and you will be refunded in full.
Please be advised that all jewellery items cannot be returned. This policy is in place for health and safety reasons. Jewellery items, especially earrings, cannot be resold once they have been worn or tried on.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
Important: please keep your invoice at hand, as it can be requested at any time during a return/exchange procedure by us.

Once we have received your returned items we will check they meet the return conditions and, if they do, we will contact you to issue a refund.
Please allow approximately 15 days for the return to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued, expect to see the funds in your account within the following 5 business days.
Please keep in mind that all refunds will be made to the same person, using the same payment method and in the original payment currency as the original purchase.

No stress, you can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date for all items except jewellery!

Should the original item’s price be higher than the new one you wish to exchange it for, we will not refund the difference.
