Established in 2012, Ancora is designed and handcrafted in Colombia. The embodiment of the conscious traveler, they create beautiful and unique eco-luxury pieces to enjoy around the world and thus preserve a small piece of the paradise that is Colombia.

Employing over 50 people, Ancora collaborates closely with the Recyclers Network, a network of more than 50,000 families that depend on recycling for their livelihood in Colombia. Together with EKO RED, the alliance provides dignified work to recyclers in Medellín, Bogotá, Cali and Barranquilla. The recyclers are in charge of taking the material to the factories where it is transformed into the textiles Ancora uses to craft their pieces.
Each piece is ethically made by a team of amazing, strong and valuable people, many of whom are women head of households who put in all their knowledge and love into everything they do. Ancora is committed to sustainable production, working with recyclable textiles and a 0% water printing technique which allows Ancora products to be printed without using a single drop of water and still maintain their quality and environmental commitment.
